Our agency is representing Prudential Assurance Malaysia Berhad and the agency exist in the development and retaining of best people in executing and growing the insurance and takaful penetration in Malaysia

In Derek Agency, we view industrial training program as a medium to develop skills in young adults and to address skill shortages within the industry.

Through our internship program, we offer opportunities to Malaysian students that are keen on taking up some industrial experience before joining the working world. We offer a holistic approach to link the gap between study and work.

Internship Requirements:

» Malaysian students who are currently pursuing either Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree programs at public or private universities in any related field.

» Only applicable to university students who are currently in their 2nd year or above.

» Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).

» Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

» Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

» All applicants must submit a cover letter and resume.

» Able to commit to an attachment period of 8 weeks and above.
